Please fill out this form to request an appointment! Upon approval you will be asked to pay a non refundable $50 or $100 deposit that will go towards the final cost of your tattoo. Thank you for your interest in getting a tattoo from me, I will get back to you shortly! xx

Cancellation Policy

Deposit is non-refundable & goes towards the final cost of your tattoo. Deposit is only valid for one reschedule if given 72 hour notice. Deposit becomes void for all "no call, no shows" & another deposit much be sent to reschedule.
